ABIETO

My name is Emi Olin, and I am an artist from Athens, Ohio. I am also known as “Abieto” through social media and as my moniker.

Throughout my life, studying animals and human anatomy is both my aesthetical and career focus. I find myself catering towards the surreal, natural, and heavily detailed artworks. Studying the tiniest of details from artists, such as Frank H. Netter, has helped me a lot in shaping my style for commercial and personal use.

I am currently working as a part-time illustrator for Ohio University as their leading infographic and illustration artist, part-time illustrator for children's book author's under Monday Creek Publishing, and as an independent business owner towards freelance, scientific, and medical illustration services.
